Flexible schedule - do need to set boundaries to maintain what works for you, but they are willing to work with it. Amazing kids and families. Autonomy but with support. Opportunity to obtain CPN, and they will pay for resources and testing

Cons

COVID - felt a little imposing with having to fill out travel surveys and certain questions. But this has subsided and privacy is more valued again.
