Lack of training from New Home Star , and you are just thrown into a community Sink or swim business with New Home Star and Stoneridge Homes High Turnover rate

Cons

Pay. They only reason I resigned was because I could not afford to work for NHS anymore.

For the time I've been here at New Home Star, we've always had a forward-thinking approach. New Home Star has had some lofty goals and ideas that we have always strived for. We have achieved some of those goals through determination and are still working towards others. We refuse to live in what is today and are always working towards being prepared for tomorrow. We don't just talk the talk, we walk the walk.

Cons

Some of the cons to our approach revolve around information being late to trickle down. So much of what we do is behind the scenes building and establishing our game plan for what is in front of us. That being said, it can feel like decisions are rushed or not well thought out. If everyone had exposure to what happens behind the curtains for weeks, months, and sometimes years, that rushed feeling would be non-existent.
