Somehow New Home Star hires great people which makes it more tolerable to get through the hard times.

Cons

The salary takes the cake. Lack of transparency, accountability, professionalism, and communication from “leadership”, if we want to call it that. Fake feedback requests with no follow through.

World class training and a proven system for selling more homes more profitably Management team who cares about rewarding effort and developing their people Networking and learning from some of the brightest minds in new home sales Strategic builder partners that are compatible with the New Home Star culture A company that prioritizes its vision daily to build the best sales team in the world!

Cons

It is important to understand that while New Home Star cares about all of its independent contractor sales people and treats them like family, this is not W2 employment with paid time off and health insurance. If you prefer a job where there is some down time at work, this is probably not the place for you. Never a boring moment, and always something needing to be done.
