      - Competitive salary and benefits - If you have a good manager, you'll have a better time

      Cons

      - Feels quite siloed - Seems like some people "fail to the top," being promoted when they shouldn't be - Trouble retaining talent, so things feel constantly in flux - Things are treated as an emergency when they are not -- my work balance was awful

      Disjointed, oppressive, sycophantic leadership replacing nearly every c-suite/VP/Director role. Forced stack-ranking stifling IC morale, cooperation, and innovation. Feels a bit like the 90s, early 2000s, as if the company is setting itself up to enter its own “lost decade”.
