      Pros

      Newegg is filled with great people and has a leadership team that is willing to listen get input from employees at all levels. People at newegg work well together and the company is continually looking for ways to reward and promote top performers.

      Cons

      Newegg errors on the side of micro managing and changes it's bonus structure fairly often. Small tasks will often require approval.

      fast pace environment, moderate turn over ratio, multiple reporting lines as well as supervisors to report to. good payment term with the vendors

      execution of the plan could have been more efficient. website presentation and platform could have been more robust and effective

      Cons

      As long as you can talk louder than others and brown nose the right people, your job is secure regardless of performance nor ability. Too man incompetent people and people who grandfather in when newegg was smaller all got promoted for no reason at all.
