Pretty good starting salary, flexible work hours, nice employee events, very talented people working for company, great culture, and not a lot of "red tape".

Cons

Company doesn't financially recognize key performers or promote from within very well, huge silos in-between departments (very political), workload is overwhelming, no action is ever taken on great ideas, and the products (applications) are very badly developed and incredibly hard to maintain.

They pay good and very positive company Take care of the resources is remarkable Really help in need of in assisting if the resources need while moving to the clients place Warm employers and do care for the consultants and helps beyond their capacity Gifts and human gestures make the company unique.
