Pros

Co-workers, many are hard working and caring people.

Cons

This is the worst place I have ever seen in my life. I have made a very big mistake joining in this company. I should have listen to Glassdoor comments, before I took the job. I had a planned vacation and after I came back from my vacation few days late, the first day itself they let me go with very poor HR explanation, "we don't think you are a good fit". What do you mean by that? Anyway I was not there for money but I was there because I love to work. Each employee is at least having a work load of 2/3 people. Very disorganized, disrespectful place to work.

Pros

Decent salary level for some, not so much for others. Luckily I fall into the decent category.

Cons

When I first got into the company I was so impressed with how great it seemed. They actually seemed to like me. They were happy that I had chosen to be a part of their great team. Turns out I just didn't know what was brewing behind the scenes at the time - I came in at the end of a great era that was doomed before I set foot in the building. There were major changes at the C-level positions, and the new chiefs were much more focused on making it seem like a corporate work environment. They made some very strange technology decisions over the last couple of years that has made our product stagnant for far too long - several times! I've seen dozens of employees, who were with the company for well over a decade, leave before they would have chosen to otherwise. The reason being they were frustrated that they were not being used for new product development or did not agree with the direction the company was going - they knew things were heading in the wrong direction well before someone at my level did. I'm at fault for not noticing sooner - when you're in a forest and all the animals are running in the opposite direction you are going, you should change course! Another major issue I had was when they took our personal days away with no notice. They simply said, you do not have those 4 personal days any longer. I just hope my relatives understand when I can't make a funeral because my employer won't allow me to have that personal time off.
