One big ball of confusion - how did it get this bad??

Seems to be some good people there, but hard to find the "go to" ones when you need something.

Cons

How they're still in business is beyond me. I've never seen such poor organization skills and chaos in one place. It takes 5-6 weeks to get access to all of the systems you're required to use, and the training opportunities to learn how to use them is mediocre at best.

Pros

Some great people still here (many have already bailed). Flexible work schedule. Fun events for employees when the budget isn't tight.

Cons

Wants to be Apple but wants to pay like Walmart. Under pays developers and it shows in the product. But will give away BMWs to the Salesmen. Bit of a cube farm. Just painting the walls doesn't help with the high depressing cube farm throughout the building.
