The ability to work from home a day or two a week.

Cons

No direction, reactionary, employees are segmented into silos, rumors on top of rumors, unmaintainable software, lots of administrative overhead and company mandated human resource training that gets in the way of doing any actual work.

Nice offices? Coffee and the water?

Cons

Where to begin? Ignorant/absent leadership. Insecurities run rampant among managers. Some people are there simply because of the amount of years they have been with the company as a startup, and have no college education. Lies to its customers, again, again and again. No one at the controls, 3 VPs left within 4 week time period.
