Pros

- Co-workers in most cases are very helpful, hard-working, and willing to work as a team - great camraderie! But everyone is extremely busy. - Office environment and location in Austin is excellent - If you want to travel around the US, this job lets you do that! - Working remote from home is supported and sometimes encouraged

Cons

- The overhead processes (tracking hours in SAP, reporting status, documents to be filed, etc.) take a huge bite out of the time left to actually work on projects - The tools available for PM's are very rudimentary and time-consuming to use - Very little product training is provided before being assigned to clients - The email culture is out of control, too many sent, too much hiding - Morale is very low due to high workload, high turnover, low quality product being installed - The hospital locations visited are mostly in very small towns, so exciting they are not - Most clients are not happy with the product, so be ready to deal with complaints and long issue lists

Pros

Decent health insurance, problems don't really begin until middle management.

Cons

We're told no lay offs but I read otherwise on here - they still insist no layoffs. More and more jobs are being outsourced to India, and all new clients will be fully staffed by India. Little to no direction about where our jobs are going, or if we'll even have jobs. We're told something else every week. Ridiculous time off policy, must use 2 days of vacation before we can dip into our sick time and only then if it's consecutive and/or related to the same issue. I've been here 3 years and there has only been 1 opportunity for advancement.
