It's always down to the bottom line

Pros

Had a lot of great people. Challenging work and fun environment. Very flexible hours. There WAS a sense of friendship and almost family.

Cons

Loyalty is not practiced, there was a recent mass layoff. Even employees that had been there in the beginning were let go. No prior warning, and it came down to the bottom line of money.

Best company I've worked for. Great people, an awesome work environment in the beautiful Newport Beach. Great perks, snaks. The ability to work with very smart people in one of the most exciting fields in computer science. No micro management, lots of freedom and opportunities to explore new things.

Cons

Honestly, hard to find any cons right now.
