Pros

The overall team is understanding and very supportive. Manager Girish Ghasari is a great mentor. They also helped in getting a transition to a desired role.

Cons

Shifts are achilles heel in this job role but team helps you at the best of its limits to cope up with it.

Pros

->The pay is above average. ->They give compensation for overtime and shift allowance. ->Above average work life balance.

Cons

->No scope for growth. The job requires you to either follow a specific steps to troubleshoot or raise the case to a higher team, you mainly pick up calls and do the scutwork. ->They expect support engineers to also be customer service executives. ->They say they have further education schemes but only pay upto 2 lakh and expect you to give a commitment of 1 year after your education. ->Management only cares about the growth of the company and meeting their targets and does not care at all about employee satisfaction or their growth. ->The Management gets really rude when you are on your notice period.
