Pros

Great team. Coworkers care for each other. Decent salary. Good work/life balance. Local company tries to make the workplace enjoyable. I'd gladly go back to work there, but they won't hire remote.

Cons

Corporation doesn't care about the people. Corporate sees people as numbers, not people. Too bad they don't hire remote.

The paychecks did not bounce.

Cons

So many. No raises. One year they said they were working on raises -- and then never mentioned it again. The next year -- did not mention it at all. Management is . . .l terrible and toxic. Finger pointing everywhere. Management messes things up and then looks for somebody to blame. No vision. No clue. Salaries way below market rates. Management ignores what you say and then complains you never informed them. I have had good jobs and bad jobs -- but never anything close to as bad as this. It makes Dilbert seem like an upgrade.
