Pros

Great direction under current CEO. Good pay and benefits continue to improve, although it is still inconsistent across the regions. People are generally very collaborative and friendly and very driven to make an impact. The work feels meaningful and I’m excited to be a part of it.

Cons

Moves too fast sometimes. Lots of instances where we solve issues quickly for the short term without thought to the long-term. High expectations, but rewarded for these high expectations. Management can be inconsistent. Some managers are micro managers but I see a culture shift encouraging this change.

Pros

- Fully remote remote work is available for some positions - Yearly bonus (which was a static amount that didn't increase), which they are going to start taking away next year. - Work/Life balance can be good, depending on the role and your direct manager.

Cons

- Doesn't do cost of living raises - Doesn't do merit raises unless you are in the top 1% and then the merit increase is less the 5% regardless of - Doesn't do any sort of pay adjustment when moving to a completely different position - They have recently implemented a "bottom 10% doesn't get any kind of bonus" and are likely going to start firing the bottom 10%, the metrics are very vague so it will be easy for anyone to be fired. This is a policy that has been tried at several large companies like Microsoft and all of them abandoned this policy. - You can be moved to a totally different role with different responsibilities and team with no notice or adjustment to pay.
