      Part of an acquisition, kept kicking the can down the road on getting everyone on the NICE pay bands, so I found the door.

      CCaaS Sales at NICE

      Pros

      NICE takes a team approach to sales and the overlays I work with are the most knowledgeable in the industry. I came to NICE with very little contact center knowledge, but was quickly given the resources to excel in the sales role. I was surprised that even though NICE is a very large company the org chart feels compressed, and employees have access to executive leadership. NICE is the leader in the industry which provides instant credibility prospecting and in customer meetings. I have been with NICE for 2 years and have been given the opportunity to build my pipeline without unrealistic expectations. My direct leader has become a mentor and is fully vested in my success.

      Any of the cons I have are typical of any sales role and not specific to NICE.
