Pros

I have little reason to seek a change. Company is healthy and growing "responsibly" despite the market turbulence. Contests with enticing experiential prizes keep employees engaged. Peers are appropriately collaborative; management is competent.

Cons

Benefits package is just okay. Parental leave policy and employee stock purchase program in particular could use some help. Contact center technology is not at the top of most people's "I feel passionate about..." lists but NICE does it well and you feel proud to be part of a market leader.
