      Pros

      NICE is very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise giving great value to the customer. NICE cares about their customer satisfaction a great deal and will bend over backwards to accommodate the customer.

      Cons

      Employees can feel lost as sheep. When there are guidelines or processes, if the they can change on a daily basis. It seems almost every customization that is requested gets acceptance. Therefore it can be a nightmare to effectively build or support.

      The people are great. Very nice, very supportive environment. Successful company that continues to grow and do very well.

      Cons

      Very disorganized. You have to be able to roll with the punches and spin on a dime. Not enough focus on customers.

      IEX has a fast paced development environment that uses the latest technologies. IEX also prides itself on a high level of internal communication. It's a top priority.

      Cons

      Some of the design decisions made on my project are made by people who are not familiar enough with the technology to make quality decisions.
