      No career post manager or architecture. Very difficult to grow here in management role, lots of politics CX business unit leadership is not transparent and jobs are vulnerable. If you are willing to learn but okay to have job risk, join here. If you fail or goof up, you will be asked to leave No feedback mechanism here to provide to leaadership.
