Continuous Growth...

Pros

Top of the industry, a lot of innovative technology, a lot of growth.

Cons

They are strict with resources. Hard to accomplish product goals when teams are split up and moved around to other projects. Management wants a lot of things done in a short period of time with minimal resources. Moving up is becomes harder and harder once you get to a certain point in your role. Raises used to be above average, and now they are standard 3%, if you get one. Stock bonuses are deminishing (for those not in upper management), and work/life balance is not valued. You have to set your own boundaries or you will work youself do death.

Pros

NICE has really great sales team. The managers are terrific as well as the co-workers. Great environment and benefits are pretty great too. If you are in Utah and you can go to the office, the Office is awesome.

Cons

NICE parent company just absorbed all of its subsidiaries. Inter-Department communication is terrible, commission plans have changed and are not beneficial to those who have not been working in the role for at least 3 years plus. VP management is not impressive.
