Pros

It was a job that provided a paycheck. There are no pros to working for this company.

Cons

Poor Pay (under industry standards) Highly Discriminatory Cloak and Dagger culture Management is focused on their success not the employee Work first, family second culture I highly discourage anyone from going to work @ NICE. The stress level and culture created by the leadership at this organization created not only family issues but health issues. The compensation is below industry standards, there is absolutely NO performance feedback, and frankly NICE is where your career goes to die. The industry joke of NICE is the "not so NICE place to work" is completely ACCURATE. Avoid at all costs.

Pros

Leading products, consistent growth, great co-workers.

Cons

The benefits have been sliding. Not even the top performers are getting cost-of-living wage increases while the company touts the strength of our financial position. Other companies are stealing top tier talent because management cannot get approval to pay the talent competitive wages.

Pros

Meaningful and impactful work. NICE is a thriving software company. The cutting edge and innovative technology produce products that I truly believe in and support. The pay is great as is the employee experience and overall work life balance. Wonderful management team, I always feel heard. Nicers are just nice people; NICE encourages a work hard play hard culture.

Cons

The benefits are behind the times. While the 401k benefit is on par with the industry, the maternal leave program is only 15 days and paternal leave is 10 days. Most companies have parental leave for 6 weeks, where new tech companies have generous leaves up to 5 months. The other con is that for such a large company, there is a lack of standardized processes/ documentation and bottlenecks. A lot of the processes are heavily relied on a single person and if/when that person leaves, it creates gaps.
