Business Outlook
Pros
Management team capable of forming and delivering successful strategy leading the company towards financial success and complex, up to date product portfolio. A lot of locations resulting in many relocation and promotion success stories. Great international exposure.
Cons
As with all larger organisations, it's challenging to promote global strategy on local sites (especially on the sites that were acquired recently). A lot of meetings and time spent on Teams - on one hand a person spends a lot of time listening to things that are not relevant to them, on the other hand it's good to hear the international context of things.
