Pros

The benefits are outstanding. They offer free life insurance of twice your salary, most places only offer the amount of your salary. The health insurance is the best I have seen or heard of. I had a baby & from my first doctor appointment through delivery, I paid about $400-500 TOTAL for everything.

Cons

MCH can improve their employee recognition practices. It is not one of their strengths.
