Pros
You get full time benefits as a part time employee. Their current MCH Way plan to make everyone friendlier an helpfull is wonderful. Easy to move around the ladder and to transfer to a diferent possition Did I mention the excelent benefits?
Cons
Horrible management. Their scheduling is ridiculous. Constantly changing, even days before. The new management is afraid of reprimanding the more senior employees which have yet show any sign of adapting the new "friendlier" business plan. You get to see a very ugly side of the hospital, which is not necesarily friendy, ethical, or child friendly
