Cons

Benefits could be much better, I disagree with Health benefits forcing you to regular checkups or your premium goes up. Management is obsessed about lean processes by rushing every product out the door.

You constantly hear about people who are passionate about working here. Helping children is their life goal and not "just a job". That passion translates to hard work and great outcomes for our kids. It also makes for a very fun working environment and great teams.

Cons

Slightly older facility but currently constructing beautiful new building and new ER.
