- Best place to learn a lot about to technology. - People are the best to work with. - Management strive to show caring for employees.

Cons

- Aggressive turnover. - Stressful at times, not always. - Many deadlines which employee looses focus.

Benefits are ok, although not great. Free parking which you usually would not find larger academic hospitals. Pay is fair if you are able to negotiate and advocate for yourself. Nice to serve such a diverse community.

Cons

There are individuals at director and manager roles that really should not be. Poor communication and leadership skills seemed common. The really talented people I knew seemed to not stay long-term, often going to other health systems in the community for better salaries and opportunity.
