It’s been going downhill for a while now. You’re expected to be a jack of all trades, there are people at the top who contribute absolutely nothing, staff is frustrated at the lack of support from their leaders, clinical leaders “work from home” while their staff is overworked on the floor and short staffed, very political/backstabbing environment, a lot of positions are underpaid while some leaders are extremely overpaid, no work life balance for the majority of staff, no room for growth, you are expected to do your job and your boss’ job, lack of vision and direction… Simply put, they have lost their purpose
