Pros
There are amazing people working at NightOwl, some of my best friends are here and the atmosphere is serious but playful. The teams at NightOwl are excellent and everyone is trying to do great work for their clients. You will walk away feeling like you've accomplished something every day. Everyone challenges one another and we count on each other to do great work! NightOwl has great holiday parties and the benefits are good. The pay at NightOwl is also very good, with room to grow! The facilities at NightOwl are first rate. They pay attention to details and the work environment is very nice! While they encourage employees to work from the office, home-based workers are being added.
Cons
NightOwl is based in the western suburbs, so getting here from the east may be an issue, but it is on a major freeway, so not that tough.
