Good products. We build healthcare equipment that I would trust for my family member's care. We have many talented people who are hard working and try to deliver for company and team.

Cons

We have incurred leadership changes in the past three years that have devistated culture and productivity. The former leaders knew how to show appreciation and how get results. We have continued to falter in delivering sales since their departure. Additionally, the entire mood and motivation of the organization was destroyed and has not returned. This is not the place it was and it won't be again.

New leadership does bring change and the NKA leadership team has led increases in sales and market share each year. For most of our employees, our culture is what they like best about working at NKA. We care about each other, and we care about the mission. We recognize the contributions of our employees with many development opportunities and recognition for their hard work. You can see the results of everyone’s hard work in the significant growth of our ventilation business, new acquisition in the neurology business, and our increasing market share.
