Hard working employees. Good teamwork. Innovative technology.

Cons

Company does not live up to its "core pillar" of employee development and support. Absolutely no work life balance,. Management team lacking in communication and people skills. Clueless when it comes to managing positively. Company claims it is competitive with benefits but makes it extremely difficult for employees to take advantage of them. Employees who question management or dispute work schedule or unfair treatment get fired. Worst company ever worked for.
