My school is an amazing place to work! The new school building is incredible with flexible seating, new technology, and clean and open spaces. The community model is unique and fits my teaching style. I love collaborating with other teachers and the Instructional Assistants. The students have freedom to work and study in different spaces at different times throughout the schedule. The management team is always supportive. I love the PLCs and the coaching provided by the team when they visit classrooms. The CEO is always around and even contributes to the PLCs, makes sure we have the resources we need, and is open to ideas about meeting my students' needs.
