Pros

Working for NEI has been an enjoyable experience for me. I have been in education for over 28 years now and working here has allowed me to enjoy what I do, who I do it for and who I do it with! I have learned so much while working here. I have been able to support our schools in different areas which is very rewarding! Our CEO and Executive Team see the value I bring to our company and our schools. It feels good when your hard work doesn't go unnoticed. I have seen several of my peers, teachers and school admin get promoted into roles because they too have been noticed. The culture in our schools is very positive without fear managing leadership styles. We are growing at a fast pace, so there is much to do, which I truly enjoy. Supporting schools and being in-service to our schools fill my bucket each day!

Cons

None come to mind for me at this time.

Pros

Best teacher training I have ever experienced. Highlight the CEO/Principal – how they engage in PLCs, or how they visits classrooms and always asks if I have what I need to do my job, etc. I love the community model and the flexible seating. The technology access for teachers and students is amazing. iPads for students and new MacBook Air computers for staff is such a perk! I love that I am eligible for performance bonuses every year! This year I received a retention bonus and a bonus when my students achieved their growth goals for the first semester!

Cons

Being able to adapt is a must with high school students.

Pros

I am grateful for the opportunity to work at Noble Education Initiative. Teaching in a community-learning model allows students to use flexible seating and fosters incredible peer-to-peer collaboration, enabling me to meet my students' needs more effectively. Additionally, the support from the principal and administration, who regularly check in to ensure I have everything I need to do my job is gratifying. From lesson planning and classroom management strategies to professional development, this support empowers educators to succeed. Noble Education Initiative truly exemplifies its commitment to providing ALL children with a world-class education.

Cons

Teaching to different kinds of learners can feel challenging. However, the administration team does an excellent job to help you connect with students to find learning breakthroughs.
