NEI really cares about their employees and their families. They are supportive and understanding. NEI offers performance bonuses every year and other incentives! This year I received a retention bonus and a bonus when our students achieved their growth goals for the first semester! NEI offers other ways to make extra money. For example, I was given the opportunity to tutor and lead a club. This was very helpful because it kept me from having to work a second job.
