Pros

1. People - People are really good, honest, humble and motivated to make a difference. Recruiting and management team have really strong filter of who goes in/out with a strong goal to keep the culture healthy. 2. Projects/Games - Games in pipeline are diverse with end goal to lead the genres. 3. Chance to switch projects - if you want to switch projects/teams and try something new, you can do that 4. Education/Levelling Up - as long as you are proactive, you will get full support from your team and your manager 5. Salary & Perks - Tons of awesome stuff but most important ones for me (breakfast & lunch, healthcare for employees and their families, excellent salary, excellent bonuses)

Cons

1. People - a bit younger, which implies that they might be less experienced. But still, I feel it's important to mention that these guys are doing things better that a lot of other more experienced developers. 2. Projects/Games - Sometimes they fall into the noodling trap (loop of constant iteration of art/gameplay) even tough it was good the first time. Bottom line it is connected to lack of experience.

Working culture, employee well being, learning opportunities, freedom to select areas of focus and projects. Great senior hires recently. Really exciting work ahead.

Cons

Office space has become too small.
