Business Outlook
Pros
Decent pay depending on prior retail experience, very fast-paced work so the day goes by quickly, great discount, and very helpful and friendly co-workers for the most part.
Cons
Wearing a walkie and earpiece for the entire shift, upper management is often very condescending and critical to the point where you're almost afraid to ask a question, very poor training ( they put you out on the floor right away and most of what I've had to learn has been either on my own or from other co-workers, not managers ), scheduling/hours is erratic.
