Pros

Growing with the company is very possible. If you aren't confident in selling, this store will help you grow. The district managers, Blake and his brothers are very friendly and approachable and I could tell they had a genuine interest in seeing the sales people grow.

Cons

Poor managment sometimes that discouraged the rest of the staff at times. Higher management was awesome though.

Pros

Hours, tasks, environment, benefits, 10 minute breaks every 4 hours.

Cons

Pay, getting emails on the floor and at the register (they either have given it or get mad because so many people have asked the customer for their email), mobile pos also counteracts with saving time when the line builds up at customer service (the customers sometimes get frustrated because instead of jumping on the register we help those with credit first).
