Pros

Good pay and people at the operations level. The hours weren't as bad as most have said. They have made improvements in that aspect, although they can go longer in emergency situations which happen frequently.

Cons

Corporate management micromanages operations and makes the job almost impossible to do. About 300 emails each day. I was told when I reported to my actual station that if I valued structure and organization I would hate it there. Basic training for conductors is legally required but there is absolutely no training for managers.
