Pros

At time of employment, it was in a transitional state, there were still physicians who knew your name, your role and took the time to ensure there was an open door policy for anyone to speak openly.

Cons

There became a lot of outsourcing.

Pros

paychecks were on time and didn't bounce

Cons

Never saw a "site specific" bonus even tho NAPA recieved huge stipend. Out of state leadership was constantly flying back and forth from HQ and stayed at boutique downtown hotels miles from any hospitals. The very few "partners" have sold out to private equity, so as a physician you're just an insignificant plebe. Crnas get more respect in this organization.
