      Thank you for your feedback. I was excited to see that you mentioned the wonderful and very intense training program we provide all team members who join NAB - and especially our Customer Service Reps. We know that our CSRs are a critically important role to the organization - you see all! We want to ensure you are armed and ready with the best possible training and resources we can provide. Thank you for that positive feedback! As for your "con's" being unorganized and not good pay...I am not sure exactly what you are referring to here. If you are still employed at NAB, I encourage you to reach out to your leader, your HR BP or to me to discuss this further. When it comes to organization, I beleive we can ALWAYS get better...continuous improvement is the key. As far as pay is concerned...as I have said before, we rely on market based data provided to us by Lockton consulting. Because of the volitility in the talent market right now, we look at compensation almost weekly - that is how quickly things are changing. I know that we have put a strategic emphasis on paying at or above market for mission critical roles and at market for all other roles. I also know that we provided an "across the board" minimum 3% increase last year and are looking to do this again shortly...we are doing all we can to keep up with these changes to ensure that our pay is not only fair, but very good.       Pros

      Working for North American Bancard was one of the best career decisions I have ever made! This company truly cares about their employees, despite some I am seeing some other reviews say. The organization goes above and beyond to make sure we are doing well not only professional but also personally. There are multiple employees who have been here for 10+ years and have grown very successful careers at NAB. It has been a pleasure working here and I would highly recommend the company to anyone.

      PTO could be a bit more generous. Aside from this, no cons.

I appreciate that you are a current team member at NAB and have been with us for a few years...which means you have been with us through the Pandemic and can really speak to how very much we care about everyone that works at NAB. Our efforts to support both PHYSICAL and MENTAL wellbeing at NAB has shaped our culture in positive ways. I was so proud of the way our leadership responded recently to the tragic shootings at Oxford High School in Oxford Michigan. Within minutes of hearing about the shootings, our HR team was making personal calls to all team members in the area to ensure their safety and the safety of thier loved ones. The company made a public statement to all team members later that day that expressed our sympathy and urged leaders to complete a mental health check on ALL team members. We wanted all to know, its okay to not be okay. The health and safety of our team members and their loved ones has been our top priority throughout the pandemic and will continue. We are so happy that you are happy here and truly appreciate the time you took to share your positive feedback on Glassdoor.

      Pros

      Fast Paced, very collaborative, values opinions and will implement your ideas. Cares about the health and well-being of their employees-most of the workforce is still 100% remote.

      Cons

      Sometimes work life balance can be difficult. As much as they want to provide you balance, there is just a lot of work and projects that need to get done. Run very lean.

      I was encouraged by your recent review and want to thank you for sharing your feedback. I am happy that you have felt our push to solicit and, even more importantly, act upon feedback from our team members. We have been able to really move the needle in health, wellness and especially mental wellbeing thanks to great suggestions and pointed feedback from our team members. Since, as you mentioned, approximately 98% of our workforce remains remote, its more important than ever to over communicate and intentionally reach out to each individual and "check in". Thank you for your "Con's" feedback as well. While we have made great strides in wellness, we know that many team members - especially those that are remote and tend not to 'shut down' at the end of the normal work day - are still struggling with balancing work and life. We tend not to refer to it as balancing anymore, but more of blending work and life. Since you are a current team member, I encourage you to reach out to your HR BP or to me directly if you have any potential solutions for helping our team members work on more effective work/life blending...I am all ears and we know we can always do better.
