      We appreciate your four-star rating and we are especially excited to see your pros include compensation, work life balance and benefits...all areas of focus for us at NAB. We know that our culture is focused on innovative technology and getting to market quickly to meet the needs of our merchants. Admittedly we expect a lot from our valued team members and in support of our expectations we do all we can to address the compensation, benefits and perks - like work style flexibility, remote or hybrid work, unlimited PTO, multiple mental health support options, etc. We appreciate your feedback on the lack of communication between teams. We understand that when teams are moving fast to innovate and support our merchants sometimes communication suffers which is why we continue to train and develop our people leaders with our Foundations of Leadership program as well as all team members with our P.I.T. (Process Improvement Taskforce) Crew training programs - both of which emphasize consistent, data driven communications across the enterprise. We will continue looking for ways to improve communication and welcome your feedback on solutions if you ever wish to reach out to me personally.       Pros

      Very good benefits and nice PTO, technically it's unlimited/flex PTO. Almost totally remote company but feels tight-knit. People are happy to work here and many stay for a long time.

      Cons

      Due to people sticking around for a long time, not much room for growth. Lots of positions available are for senior jobs, not a lot of openings in the middle of customer support and senior leadership.

      We appreciate your feedback and this very balanced review. We are happy to see you valued our flexible PTO and remote work environment while you were employed at NAB. Over the past several years we have worked hard to create a work environment where our team members feel valued so they can do their best work and create value for our merchants. I was a bit confused by your cons speaking to the lack of entry or mid-career level positions and consulted our Talent Acquisition team for validation. From their perspective we usually have a bell-curve of openings with the majority of our opportunities falling at the mid-level individual contributor or manager level. Over the past few years we have also engaged in a robust internship program which attracts amazingly talented and motivated college and grad school students of which several have been hired directly. We do take your feedback seriously though, so I will continue to keep an eye on our career opportunities as we do want our team members to see a long and successful path at NAB. Our Enterprise Risk Team plays a critical role in our business growth strategy and continues to grow and evolve within NAB. I was a bit confused by your Con statement that we are constantly looking to save money...given our risk team is always looking to save our merchants and company money, that seems like a Pro to us, but perhaps there is more to your feedback?
