      Pros

      Some of the best people to work with, great "team" atmosphere.

      Cons

      Management seems to not know what each other is doing, despite having hours upon hours of meetings to do just that. I know most corporations get stuck in this having meetings to discuss the plan for the next meeting,out of hand. I have never worked in an environment where a director ignores or has no idea what "his" Chief Office wants.. sigh..

      Pros

      no greater feeling than leaving that place on a friday.

      Cons

      Working hard just gets you more work with no recognition or advancement. This place is a total joke. Advancement is all about political favoritism. Corporate pushes off speed of trust on everyone only to practice the exact opposite of all the values from the exercise. Management is incompetent but the upper management cares not about how depts are ran, company is all about the bottom dollar. Treated like you're in daycare. I left because of the above and so much more.

      Nice coworkers...cheap vending machines, popcorn and slushies

      Cons

      Marc Gardner is like Steve Josb but without the vision or intelligence. Unrealistic expectations with zero technical knowledge. Mobile development team is treated like and paid like slaves. Horrible first real world job fresh out of college.
