Pros

Nothing good about this fake company. All that money the company makes its coldd in the work place. No advancement to move up unless they like you

Cons

The managers are fake the only way you can move on in the company is by kissing butt. The current manager doesn't even know anything about the job she came from Comcast in retention. They smile in your face and talk behind your back.

Pros

Office is nice and modern, although overcrowding is becoming a big problem. Also, this might have been a big perk 5 years ago, but nowadays many companies are going with a modern look and cube farms with 6 feet walls are a thing of the past.

Cons

Do your research and read the reviews online, not only on Glassdoor, but also reviews left by their customers, then ask yourself, is this a place you would want to work? Would you buy a toaster on Amazon that had 2.9 out of 5 stars?? (that is the current Glassdoor rating of North American Bancard at the time of this review). If you're looking into a leadership position here, ask to meet with the CEO before you take the job. And again, ask yourself, is this the kind of person you want to work for? In my opinion, the environment here is toxic. Most people turn to sarcasm just to stay sane. Water cooler talk is nothing but complaining and talking about looking for new jobs. There is no such thing as employee empowerment or ownership. There is only 1 person who is empowered and this is made very clear on a daily basis. It seems like most of the people that stay here have titles or salaries that they wouldn't be able to get anywhere else. If that's what motivates you in life as opposed to being respected and feeling like you have a say and can make a difference, then this might be the place for you.

Not what I expected

Pros

Ability to dress down was nice and the brand's were very interesting.

Cons

HR gave preferential treatment to my manager for meetings regarding concerns I had. In the end, they found a way to fire me due to another employee not "liking" me. They tried everything they could to damage my professional credibility and personal character, and in the end, did not focus on the positives and hard work I had performed for them in such a short time. They found a way to bar me from claiming unemployment and caused a tremendous amount of suffering for my family.
