      Lots of Opportunities to Learn and Grow in this Fast Paced Environment!

      Pros

      -Lots of opportunities for growth and learning within this large company and it's subsidiaries -Benefits are generous including unlimited PTO and the Company does lots of wellness initiatives and fun contests throughout the year -Remote work allows for flexibility and provides a vast network of coworkers all over the country -Hours are generally favorable and reasonable but can vary based on department or time of month/year -Compensation and bonus plan are generous and are adjusted accordingly if you live in a higher cost of living state compared to Michigan where the Company is based.

      Cons

      -The Company has a start-up feel with it's fast paced changes and this is definitely not for everyone but can be seen as an inviting challenge for some -The payments industry is highly specialized and complex and presents a huge learning curve for most

      Great company to work for

      Pros

      In my experience, NAB is a great company to work for. They have helped me significantly in my career growth and I've witnessed many others who have experienced the career growth they were striving for here, as well. Every manager I've had has been exceptional. The company shows that they care about their employees through managerial support, compensation, benefits, time off, and more.

      Cons

      None that I can think of.

      As mentioned before, we really get excited when our longer-tenured team members...especially those that were with NAB pre-pandemic...take time out of their busy day to share positive feedback. We LOVE our product engineers...you are the heart and soul of many of the projects and initiatives we have at NAB so knowing your career growth and experience with your managers along the way has meet your expectations is wonderful news. Thank you so much for this positive review and for all you do to make NAB a high growth/high performance company!
