      Ok, but lack of direction and no camaraderie

      Worked remote, decent benefits, etc.

      Cons

      There is no real consistency in terms of the guidelines. Things were constantly changing, and you would get different answers from different managers. It's a very corporate environment, but since you're working from home, you don't have that interaction with coworkers and it can feel like you have no one to really go to for help.

It looks like you have left the company but enjoyed our remote work environment and benefits like flex PTO. I wish I had a better understanding of "guidelines" - if you are speaking to team member guidelines, such as our handbook, or guidelines for how to do your job?
