      Great manager and team. Always there for each other to motivate and check on one another.

      During busy seasons, we were swamped but overall, having a great team made it okay.

      Pros

      The community feel within the company is strong. The leadership is concerned about company culture, health and well-being. My team makes sure we cover each other and have the best interest of the team in mind

      Cons

      Sometimes we push on the wrong lever and have to reverse course but at least there is an understanding that we made a mistake.
