Flexible work environment. Competitive sign on.

Cons

External is the only avenue for leadership hires. Promotions from within are not taken seriously. 3% merit increase MAX potential annually is held hostage to signing non-solicits, etc. Bonus held hostage on same legal restrictors.

Pros

The company just went through some changes, which were tough for everyone. But the changes have made it a much better place to work. It's now leaner, and more employee-focused. Work dress is casual, and there are several fun activities for office staff: ping pong, fun Fridays, etc.

Cons

In the past, it felt as though mangers (and HR) didn't listen to the employees. But with changes in management, there's a request for employee feedback. It's much better.
