      Nice and clean break room in the punch press department

      Cons

      Too many overtime No holiday pay for new hires Co-worker work like they are pay by rate. Line - lead are so lazy, the line operator mostly do everything. The supervisor said nothing.

      Flexible Schedule for salaried staff

      Cons

      Even the management team is not on the same page. They say one thing and then do another. The work load is more than people can handle but reducing staff is their plan. Their pay is lacking and benefits are just ok. The lack of a solid business plan is concerning.

      There are definitely no pros in working at NE

      Cons

      No raises, management lies, Chinese ownership, CEO are/will run the company in the ground, lie to customers. Salaried personnel leaving at a record pace. Hourly folks Treated poorly. If your not a follower/yes man, you will not survive at NE.
