      Until the last few months, it was a tolerable place to work. Long history in the automotive business.

      Pros

      Some of the people that work at the company are pretty decent. I enjoyed most of the Plant Managers I worked for until the last one.

      Cons

      The past year, the V.P.'s and the new bosses they hired have driven this company into the ground. No raises for years, No 401k contributions. It is a very 'Nazi' like atmosphere. If you speak your mind, you're in danger of losing your job. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing most of the time, as the bosses don't grasp the logic behind certain things. Truly sad that incompetence is kept and rewarded by the new management people.

      Long hours, consistent but lower pay,

      Cons

      Complete lack of communication between shifts, employee's treated like crap, very unprofessional environment, Standard of quality not held the same with all the shifts. Poor working conditions.
