      Pros

      There were long term employees who cared a lot and paid below industry standards

      Cons

      Company run from afar, Chinese ownership that has less than professional ways of dealing with employees, as does their new leader Mike Homrich of NBHX. Some of the senior management will make fun of the Chinese ownership in meetings by mocking the way they speak then when in phone calls will praise them. Prior leadership from China was well known for referring to people's age and making inappropriate comments.

      Knowledgeable employees on how to decorate and form aluminum.

      Cons

      Since the buyout from China, there has been an enormous amount of mis-allocated funds and expenditures taking place.
