The office is totally dysfunctional. Upper management make up the rules as they go along often times contradicting themselves. The director locks herself in her office most of the day and is clueless as to what is going on outside. Everyone is overworked. Before my arrival at this office 5 people walked off the job. I'm not surprised. The staffs motto about the place is "its lose / lose, even when your right your wrong". So they really don't care about the job they do. If you want to work like a robot, go there. The lunchroom is so small you are literally eating on top of one another. The office chairs are held together with duct tape. Cramped office yet not enough staff to handle the work load.
