Salary & benefits decent. My place of work was outstanding.

Cons

Most management level people knew next to nothing about therapy. Constant pressure for increased billable hours. In my facility, work was joyful until management showed up for annual reviews, etc.

Pros

Great team. I love the people I work with and the patients are great. Hours can be flexible for the most part, I get off the time I need.

Cons

I understand that this is probably needed for the business to run, but too many patients are seen at a time. My position does not get enough respect for the amount of work we do for the company, it really wouldn't run without us. Obviously I will suggest that the pay could be higher.

There are many learning opportunities. Unfortunately, you have to sacrifice family in order for this company to love you.

Cons

They expect work first, family last. No room for growth. I worked there for 3 years and never had a raise.
